This is one of the most popular Boerewors spice mixes in South Africa.  Used by commercial butchers all over Southern Africa, and now available to you at home for that authentic back-home taste.

This mix has an aromatic blend of toasted coriander seed,  and spices.

To make Boerewors, just take mix of pork & beef of which 75% to 80% is lean, and 20-25% is fat.   Note that you can change the proportion of fat to anything you desire to suit your dietary needs.

For every kilogram of meat mix in:

• 30ml (or 30g) of water
• 30ml (or 30g) of vinegar
• 35g of Country Boerewors Spice Mix

Mix spices in well (but do not over-mix) then pipe into hog casings (28-32mm), let stand overnight in the fridge - then you are ready to enjoy!

One 450g bag of Country Boerewors Mix makes 13.5kg of delicious Boerewors.

If you do not have the ability to pipe your own sausages, then give this mix to your butcher to do it for you!  You can also just form the mixture into patties and cook on the Braai.
