75mm 'S' shaped biltong hooks. 

Re-usable and dishwasher safe (top shelf).   Food safe plastic material will not react with salts or vinegar which may spoil your biltong.

Can easily carry loads of 3-4kg per hook - typically wet pieces of biltong are under 500g before drying.

Hygienic and specifically designed for piercing and hanging biltong, though could be used to hang anything such as salamis.

Hooks have pointed ends sharp enough to easily pierce the meat with minimal force, but blunt enough not to pierce your fingers
